This is what we have so far for the floorplan. The area on the right is for bedrooms and will have a half storey on top for the master suite. We're trying to keep it around 1,500 sq. ft. (!) It has aL O N G way to go.

Our Room will be a Half Story
Our master bedroom will be a 'half story' (i.e. not full ceiling height), like our current house. I love this simple, bright, airy bedroom.
