This is what we have so far for the floorplan. The area on the right is for bedrooms and will have a half storey on top for the master suite. We're trying to keep it around 1,500 sq. ft. (!) It has aL O N G way to go.

It looks good, you have ample space to plan, how many bedrooms you are planning to have? Why don't you share 3D model here if you are done with the plan? Thank you for this blog though
